1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not accept returns if you change your mind after placing an order.
Once your order is confirmed, it enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

We only accept returns if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

3. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including size or color preferences.
Each item is made individually and in limited stock, which means we cannot accommodate size swaps or product exchanges.
4. Wrong Size Orders
Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
If an incorrect size is ordered, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, as each product is crafted specifically for you once the order is placed.
